Background and Experience
Environmental issues, refuse and recycling, hazardous waste disposal, traffic, parking and transportation, procurement, purchasing and contracts, grants, resolutions, ordinances, Brown Act and Public Records Act issues to City of Long Beach departments and committees.
Prior to joining the Long Beach City Attorney's Office, Ms. Webber spent 19 years with the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, beginning as a criminal prosecutor. Her civil law experience includes real property transactions, affordable housing, federal grants, redevelopment and deferred compensation, working with many boards and commissions, including the Los Angeles Deferred Compensation Board, the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, the Community Action Board and the Los Angeles Countywide HIV/AIDS Advisory Committee.
