New Teen and Adult Zumbaź Classes
Get fit, healthy, and ready for winter with two new classes from Long Beach Parks, Recreation and Marine! 

Zumbaź Toning  When it comes to toning, Zumba toning has raised the bar! Combine this non-stop cardio party with light weights and see/feel the difference after one class! It's a blast!! This four-week course is for ages 14 and up, and is only $35 per participant. Classes take place Saturdays from 9:30 to 10:30am at Recreation Park, with three available sessions: December 1 to December 29, January 5 to January 26, and February 2 to February 23.

Zumbaź Gold (SR)  This is a class for people who are interested in getting back into shape and having fun doing it. If you can move - you can ZUMBA. ZUMBA is exercise in disguise - there is no wrong way to ZUMBA - if you are sweating and smiling - you are doing it right!! This four-week course is for ages 50 and up, and is only $10 per participant. Classes take place at the Long Beach Senior Center in two scheduled classes. The first scheduled classes meet on Tuesdays from 5:30 to 6:30pm with three available sessions: December 4 to December 18, January 18 to January 29, and February 5 to February 26. Classes will also take place on Saturdays from 11:30am to 12:30pm with three available sessions: December 1 to December 29, January 5 to January 26, and February 2 to February 23.
