The public is invited to participate in a community workshop for the Southeast Area Development and Improvement Plan (SEADIP) update on Wednesday, February 11, 2015, at 6:30 pm, at the Best Western Golden Sails Hotel Seafarer Room, 6285 E. Pacific Coast Highway.
The free event will provide the community with an opportunity to review key items that will shape the new plan, including proposed land uses, neighborhood design components, and alternative development scenarios.
This event will build on earlier outreach efforts for the plan. Additional community meetings and workshops during the three-year update process will offer several opportunities for the public to provide input on the new plan that will affect 1,500 acres of southeast Long Beach.
