TI's Customer Services Bureau supports City departments internally. Customer Services also helps the public with cable-related issues. This bureau comprises three divisions:

    Customer Support handles the following functions internally for City departments:

    • Help Desk
    • PC Replacements
    • PC Support
    • Printer Support
    • Personal Communication Devices
    • Services Requests
    • Training

    Video Communications Division oversees these areas:

    • LBTV - the City's government access cable TV channel
    • Cable Franchise Regulation
    • City Video Production

    Office Services handles these tasks for all City departments:

    • Reprographics
    • Mail and internal messenger services
