Public Comment Sign-Up Forms
Telephonic Public Comment sign-ups will close at 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting.

Signing up to speak for public comment
To sign up to speak on an agenda item please select the appropriate form above and fill out the required fields.
The first 20 members of the public who sign up to speak per agenda item will be able to do so live, telephonically.
Telephonic non-agenda public comments will also be allowed for the City Council meetings to the first 10 speakers who sign-up for Non-Agenda Public Comment.
If an email address is provided, the Zoom Dial-In Number and Meeting ID will be sent out via email.
Members of the public without internet access may call the Office of the City Clerk at (562) 570-6101 to sign up to speak.
The sign-up form for City Council will open at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday the week prior; and will close at (12) noon the day of the meeting.
In alignment with pre-existing council rules:
If less than ten (10) members of the public sign up to speak on a particular agenda item, each member of the public shall have three (3) minutes to address the City Council.
If more than ten (10) members of the public sign up to speak on a particular agenda item, each member of the public shall have ninety (90) seconds to address the City Council.
Any members of the public who signed up to speak and were among the first 20 speakers to sign up, who are in need of a translator pursuant to the City's Language Access Policy or accommodation pursuant to the American Disabilities Act shall have double the allotted speaking time.
To request a translator for public comment, first sign up to speak, then call the Office of the City Clerk at 562-570-6101 to request a translator.
