Internet Service Enrollment Line
The City has launched the Internet Services Enrollment Line, a hotline and digital inclusion resource that helps connect residents with low-cost internet service. The Internet Enrollment Line is a statewide Get Connected Call Center Powered by the California Emerging Technology Fund (CETF). Digital navigators can assist residents in English, Spanish, Khmer, and Tagalog.
Residents can call the toll-free number at 844-321-4472 to get connected.
Internet Service Enrollment Line Hours:
- Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Saturday and Sundays froms 9:00 am to 2:00 pm
- Voicemail is available 24 hours a day, including holidays
