Clark Avenue Project

Construction for the Clark Avenue Project Phase II, from Anaheim St to Spring St, is still underway. This second phase will reconstruct the pavement between Anaheim and Spring Streets in addition to introducing protected bikeways and striped bike lanes for improved mobility, repairing sidewalks and new curb ramps for improved accessibility, curb and gutter repair that reduces localized flooding and addresses drainage issues, and enhance transit operations with safer boarding zones.
