BizCare Hotline and Email
The BizCare Hotline provides small businesses and nonprofits with helpful information resources and more. The hotline operates from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. We look forward to assisting you with your business needs. Call us at 562.570.4BIZ (4249).

Voicemails and emails received after normal business hours will be responded to within 24 business hours.
BizCare Outreach
The BizCare Outreach Team focuses on helping small businesses located in low-to-moderate income areas learn about and benefit from small business grants, loans, technical assistance, and more. The Outreach Team is currently visiting businesses weekly to inform about various City and community resources available to small business owners.
BizCare Business Support Partnership
The BizCare Business Support Partnership includes representatives from various City departments and community-based organizations (CBOs) that provide services and resources to small business owners. The Partnership was established to increase open communication across City departments and CBOs with the collective goal of supporting small business owners and nonprofit leaders in Long Beach.
BizCare staff collaborates with CBOs by providing regular updates on grant applications, sharing information on the latest available programs and resources and attending local events to engage with business owners and the community.
