Bryant Rubber Corp. Relocates Headquarters to Long Beach, Calif.

Release Date: 2019-08-19

By Karen Jordan

Manufacturing company Bryant Rubber Corp. plans to move its headquarters from Harbor City, California, to a newly renovated building in Long Beach, California, where the industrial market is heating up as a result of the area's proximity to the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.

Bryant Rubber agreed to occupy the entirety of the 43,787-square-foot building at 1580 W. Carson St. in the Long Beach Business Center, as part of a 10-year lease with industrial real estate owner Rexford Industrial Realty.

The company is moving from 1112 Lomita Blvd. in Harbor City.
Bryant was attracted to its new building's location and "ready-to-move-in" quality, according to Jeffrey Morgan, executive director at Cushman & Wakefield, which brokered the lease transaction. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but estimated annual rents in the neighborhood hover around $11.87 per square foot, according to CoStar data.
