Provide Input on Economic Development Workforce Local Plan

We're in the process of updating our 2025-2028 Local Plan (Plan) and are inviting residents, local service providers, employers and other stakeholders to provide input by participating in a series of upcoming events.

Led by the Department’s Long Beach Workforce Innovation Network (LBWIN), the Plan is developed every four years and is intended to highlight LBWIN’s customization of regional and local services to meet the employment and job training needs of residents and businesses of Long Beach and Signal Hill.

The public is encouraged to learn more and provide input on the Plan by participating in one of three presentations as listed below. Interpretation services will be available in Spanish and Khmer during the presentations. Register online to attend one of the sessions.
