It's that time of year again.
Long Beach restaurants are teaming up for Restaurant Week happening at the end of the month, and like every year, there's going to plenty of food to go around.
“I've been to most of the participating restaurants, and I just love how creative some of the chefs and bartenders get for restaurant week," Elizabeth Borsting, founder and organizer of Dine Out Long Beach, said. "And the values are quite good; if you haven't been there in a while or you’ve been meaning to try it, this is the time to go."
Borsting added that restaurant week is the one time of year where things might be different on the menu, with seasonal offerings that aren't available otherwise, or with brand new dishes that are offered only during Dine Out Long Beach.
"A lot of time is spent curating these menus and creating dishes," she said. "If you're a fan of a particular restaurant, it's definitely the one week to eat out."
