Check out the new interactive mapping tool for business owners, entrepreneurs and businesses yet to come! The tool provides complimentary access to data on real estate available for lease or purchase in Long Beach.

The platform and real estate data, powered by Ginkgo and Resimplifi, can be paired with the robust business analytics data already available through the City's Small Business Insights tool to provide further insights on local market conditions and areas that have potential for business development within the community. With access to this information, business owners have additional resources to help inform data-driven decisions and identify opportunities for growth and success within the city. The map will be updated weekly.
