Disadvantaged Business Enterprises

The objectives of a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program are to ensure nondiscrimination in the award and administration of federally-funded contracts in highway, transit, and airport financial assistance programs and to create a level playing field on which DBEs can compete fairly for federally-funded contracts.

OVERALL FAA TRIENNIAL DBE GOAL:

The City of Long Beach Airport proposes an overall triennial goal for federal fiscal years 2021-2023 of 7.7% for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation on Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-funded airport construction projects. See Public Notice
