At 11:57 pm last night, multiple LBFD resources responded to a single vehicle crash into a tree at the 710 freeway and Broadway Offramp.  One patient was removed from the vehicle prior to arrival, one confirmed DOA, and the remaining two occupants required extensive extrication using the jaws of life.  Three patients total were transported to area trauma hospitals with critical injuries.  LBPD is investigating the cause of the accident.
