 On August 14th, 2014 at 7:06 PM, Long Beach Fire units responded to reports of a vehicle that had struck 6 people as they crossed the street.  The accident occurred at the intersection of East Anaheim Street and Gundry Avenue in Long Beach. 

 Upon arrival, firefighters found a total of 6 patients, one adult female and five children aged 4 to 12 years old.  Injuries sustained in the accident appeared minor.  However, all patients were transported to local area hospitals for further evaluation via Long Beach Fire Department paramedic units. 

The Long Beach Police Department remained onscene with the driver of the vehicle investigating the accident.
