The Long Beach Health Department is providing internal and external condoms and lubricants to the Long Beach Community. This program is intended to increase the availability and accessibility of condoms and to prevent transmission of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). There are no eligibility requirements to request free internal and external condoms and lubricants, those interested can complete the Condom Request Form. Supplies may be limited at times, however we will continue to update the form with information as we work on replenishing the supply.

To Order Condoms:

• Fill out the form and select the desired amount and product based on the selection availability.
• Provide your contact information and preferred method of communication.
• Once your order is placed, City staff will contact you for further follow up.
• To limit interaction, orders will be placed in a designated area at the Main Health Building 2525 Grand Ave, Long Beach, CA 90815.
