Permitted Mobile Food Facilities
Mobile Food Preparation Vehicle holding a valid and current Health Permit from Los Angeles County Environmental Health may obtain a City of Long Beach health permit by completing a plan check consultation with the Long Beach Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Environmental Health. The consultation fee will be waived through July 31, 2026, provided that the mobile facility’s construction and operation meet all minimum requirements.
