SIGN UP FOR THE 2022 HOMELESS COUNT

 The 2022 Long Beach Homeless Count will take place on January 25, 2022, with deployments starting at 5:00am. The City of Long Beach is seeking 250 volunteers to help conduct the 2022 Point in Time (PIT) Count, its street count of persons experiencing homelessness in Long Beach. MAYOR’S FUND TO END HOMELESSNESS 

The Mayor’s Fund to End Homelessness provides small grants to organizations in Long Beach that address significant service delivery needs that are not covered by existing funding and are not considered emergency needs. For more information on how to donate or apply for funding, please visit the Mayor's Fund to End Homelessness Website.

2021 LONG BEACH CONTINUUM OF CARE PROGRAM CONSOLIDATED APPLICATION TO HUD 

On Monday, November 15th, 2021, the City of Long Beach submitted the Long Beach CoC Consolidated Application—including all attachments, project applications, and project priority listing—in response to HUD’s FY 2021 CoC Program Notice of Funding Opportunity. The City and the CoC Board would like to thank all of our partners, members, staff, and other stakeholders who have supported in this communitywide effort to prevent and end homelessness. This application comprises of 27 projects that amounts to $10,901,383 in total CoC Program funding to support the homelessness system of care in Long Beach. The Consolidated Application is now available on the CoC Application website.

ATLANTIC FARMS BRIDGE HOUSING COMMUNITY 

The City of Long Beach unveiled the new Atlantic Farms Bridge Housing Community (ABC). The site will provide year-round bridge housing and services for people experiencing homelessness.
