CANCELLED: Consolidated Oversight Board Meeting Sale of 1827 Pacific Avenue
At an upcoming public hearing on Wedneday, April 23, 2025, at 9:30 a.m., the Los Angeles County Fourth District Consolidated Oversight Board will consider the adoption of a resolution authorizing the Successor Agency to sell 1827 Pacific Ave. to BJ and Sons, LLC and Hillgard, LLC.
