The City of Long Beach Home Improvement Roof Grant Program (HIRGP) provides eligible owner-occupied, single-family residential property owners with up to $20,000 in grant funding to rehabilitate or replace their home roofs.
To qualify, properties must be located within the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) area of Long Beach.
