The purpose of the Public Hearings is to allow for public input on the development of the FY 2025 –
2026 Action Plan to address the current Consolidated Plan priorities. The City of Long Beach annually receives money from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help improve our neighborhoods. The entitlement funds come from three funding sources: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME).
