This Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan (AP) serves as the official application
to the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for Community
Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership Act (HOME), and
Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) funds for the City of Long Beach. The Action Plan (AP)
covers the upcoming one-year program period of FY 2026 (October 1, 2025 to September
30, 2026).

Beginning May 12, 2025 the draft Action Plan will be available for 30-day public review and comment. To review, please click the link below. On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at 4:00PM, The Long Beach Community Investment Company (LBCIC) will conduct the Second and Final Public Hearing in the City Council Chambers located at Long Beach City Hall, 411 West Ocean Boulevard, Long Beach, CA 90802. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to allow for public input on the development of the FY 2025 –2026 Action Plan to address the current Consolidated Plan priorities.
