The 15-day public comment period for reviewing the City of Long Beach 2024-2025 Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) on activities and programs funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), will be held from Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2025 to Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2025. The CAPER assesses the City’s progress and the effectiveness of its performance during the 2024-2025 fiscal year in the achievement of its overall strategies, objectives and priorities outlined in the FY 2023-2027 Consolidated Plan. The City will submit this report to HUD prior to Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2025.
