A seventy-unit "own-your-own" or cooperative apartment, the Artaban was one of the City's first residential high-rises, built on the corner of Ocean and Atlantic. The exterior is a simplified Mediterranean design, with architectural accents around the entryway. The lobby is richly decorated, with an ornate fireplace and painted ceiling. There is a skyroom penthouse ringed with windows on the roof to take advantage of the view.
