An excellent example of Italian Renaissance architecture, with arches two stories hight at the ground floor. A corner penthouse creates a tower at the intersection of Broadway and Linden, which gives this building the name Broadlind. Fine ornamental brickwork and other decorative details lend a romantic flavor.
