Builder: James Phillips
This large two-story house has distinctive roof forms, consisting of three steeply pitched asymmetrical gables. The house has a unique design, blending Victorian and Craftsman styles on the exterior, with Spanish Colonial Revival added to the interior. The house is finely crafted, and contains double-wall construction. It recalls of the housing boom in North Long Beach following annexation to Long Beach in 1924.
