The Development Services Department’s new Ombudsperson is here to help Permit Center customers through the permitting process and bring service resolution to concerns or complaints that may arise on individual projects. The Ombudsperson is available to serve as a customer advocate and mediate any conflicts or issues, and to help facilitate process improvements for both customers and staff.
