Property owners will soon have access to pre-approved plans for accessory dwelling units (ADUs) along with contact information for design professionals through the Pre-Approved Accessory Dwelling Unit Program.
The plans, which are limited to single-story, freestanding ADUs of less than 1,200 sq. ft., can then be submitted for over-the-counter review and permit issuance at our Development Permit Center.
