Architect: W. Horace Austin
A simplified Mediterranean Revival four and five story apartment building, with terra cotta tile roof and projecting masonry balconies. The L-shaped design provides maximum light and air inside. Its construction was part of the boom of the twenties, which produced many apartment and own-your-own high-rise buildings in downtown Long Beach. Austin was one of Long Beach's most eminent architects.
