This picturesque building blending Medieval Revival and Spanish Colonial Revival styles has ground floor retail and upstairs apartments. It was built in 1929 as an addition to a Craftsman home constructed in 1912. The turrets, crenelated corner tower, fake stonework and decorations evoke a storybook theme which was popular in the twenties. The building name was chosen by the current owner.
