Airport tour of interior  Airport Tour of field

Long Beach Airport tours cover a wealth of aviation history, a look at our classic architecture and mosaic artwork, along with a glimpse at general aviation operations. The tour is available free to groups ages five and up with advanced reservations.

Airport tours, which can vary depending on the status of daily operations, include the terminal building, fire (when available) and a walk through the historic exhibit, which pays tribute to many of Long Beach's aviation legends.

Tours generally run 90 minutes. Please note that closed-toe shoes are required as attendees will be walking on asphalt and uneven surfaces, and that extreme weather, disasters, or security issues can lead to the cancellation of previously scheduled tours.

Due to the popularity of tours, we ask that reservations are made one month prior. For further information or to schedule a tour, please contact Long Beach Airport Public Affairs at 562-570-2678 or lgbarpt@longbeach.gov.
