The Long Beach Public Library is proud to celebrate Black History Month, nationally recognized every February, with a month-long celebration dedicated to honoring and showcasing the richness of Black history and culture. The Library hosts vibrant events featuring a series of thought-provoking and inspiring activities that highlight Black love, self-identity, self-care, art, and joy within the Black community.
