Alternative Fuel: Wind Vehicle with Shared Science
In order to protect our ecosystems, can we build a vehicle that does not use fossil fuels for power?
Students will explore how the Carbon Cycle impacts the Earth's atmosphere, then put the Engineering Design Process to work to construct a prototype vehicle that performs well with wind power.
Designed for families, these 30-minute sessions will introduce STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) principles in a fun, family-focused environment. No experience is needed. Conversational language support in Spanish and Khmer is offered.
Space is very limited. Please call or stop by to RSVP.
