BASIC COOKING FOR KIDS
Students receive hand-on training in a lecture and kitchen lab environment. They will learn culinary terms, cooking techniques, kitchen and food safety, kitchen math, and basic nutrition. CAKE DESIGN
Learn cake decorating techniques, including spreading frosting, fondant application, piping, and themed designs. Each week, students will be given a theme to recreate on their own cakes. Pre-made 4-5 inch cakes are provided in regular and gluten-free options. Ages: 8-16 years old. Material fee: $60.
