Shotokan Karate
Shotokan, a Japanese karate developed from various martial art of “empty hand” fighting. To learn the Shotokan style, one begins with humility. Shotokan is not only self-defense karate but discipline of the mind. Students of any age will develop valuable self-defense skills, self-control and self-discipline, improve concentration, coordination and focus. Please wear loose fitting clothing (preferably white).
