AQUATICS SUMMER DAY CAMPS
All Aquatics Camps staff are trained lifeguards certified in First Aid, CPR and Water Safety instruction by the American Red Cross. Staff to camper ratio at Belmont Junior Beach Camp and Bayshore Beach Camp is 1:8.
Swim Lessons
Swim lessons are taught at both Belmont Junior Beach Camp and Bayshore Beach Camp. Swim lessons are not conducted on excursion days. There is no additional charge for swim lessons.
Excursions
Excursion fees vary and are not included in the registration fee. Excursion fees are paid online during registration or on a weekly basis at the Aquatics Camps Office. Childcare will not be available on Excursion Days for campers who are not attending the excursion. Camp fees will not be prorated for Excursion days.
Program Fees
Program fees are due at the time of registration. Families wishing to register for multiple weeks are required to pay for the first week in full plus a $32 non-refundable deposit for each additional week reserved. Online Registration will be accepted 24 hours a day/7 days a week!
BELMONT JUNIOR BEACH CAMP
(Ages 5-7, preschool or kindergarten experience.)Belmont Junior Beach Camp offers a fun-filled summer by the shore. Located outside the Belmont Outdoor Pool, campers enjoy games, crafts, beach play, songs, and American Red Cross swimming lessons. Weekly excursions include canoeing and kayaking at the Leeway Sailing Center, making every week an adventure on land and water.
No prior swimming experience needed.Fee- $176 per week.
10 one-week sessions- June 15-August 21
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Extended day care:
7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m. at an additional cost of $30-$60 per week.
No camp June 19 or July 3.
BAYSHORE BEACH CAMP
(Ages 8-12)Adventure awaits at Bayshore Beach Camp! Campers enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming, crafts, and exciting excursions. Campers also engage in hands‑on environmental and marine biology activities. No prior swimming experience is required.
Fee- $176 per week.
10 one-week sessions- June 15-August 21

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance for Aquatics Camps is available on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Field trips and special activities may have additional costs that vary by event.
Registratioin
Registration for Summer Aquatics Camps opens Saturday, April 11 at 9 a.m. through the online portal. Spots are available online only on a first-come, first-served basis.
The online registration portal can be accessed from any personal device or at designated City sites. On registration day, Parks staff will be available on-site with devices for families to self-register. Staff can answer questions but cannot complete registration on behalf of participants.
