The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 21-year-old at-risk missing person Andres Hernandez. Hernandez was last seen on Feb. 7, 2026, at 8:50 a.m., leaving his residence located in the 6000 Block of Indiana Avenue in Long Beach, CA. He is on foot and has no cell phone or other tracking device. Hernandez has a mental disability and may get lost.
