On Feb. 15, 2025, at-risk missing person Billie Jean Donaldson was located safe and unharmed by Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies in the city of Carson, and she has been reunited with her family.

The Long Beach Police Department is seeking the public's help locating 81-year-old at-risk missing person Billie Jean Donaldson, who was last seen around 1 p.m. on Feb. 14, 2025.  Donaldson was last seen leaving her residence on the 6400 block of Atlantic Avenue.  She left on foot and her destination is unknown.  Donaldson has memory issues and may become disoriented.
