On Feb. 21, 2025, at-risk missing person Juliana E. Montoya was located safe and unharmed in Long Beach.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating an 86-year-old at-risk missing person, Juliana E. Montoya, who was last seen on Feb. 21, 2025, at approximately 2:30 a.m.

Montoya was last seen leaving her residence on foot in the 3000 block of Oregon Avenue. Montoya is on foot and has no car, cellphone, money, or other tracking devices. She suffers from cognitive issues and may become disorientated.

At-risk missing person Juliana E. Montoya is described as follows:

Age: 86-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: Asian
Height: 5’0”
Weight: 105 lbs.
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Yellow nightgown, purple/brown fleece underneath, multi-colored socks, blue sandals
Scars/ Marks/ Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Suffers from cognitive issues.
