The Long Beach Police Department is seeking the public's help locating 60-year-old Norris B. Baldwin who was last seen around 12:00 p.m. on April 4, 2025.
Missing Person Baldwin was last seen near the 3100 block of Long Beach Boulevard. His destination is unknown. He has medical condition(s), requires ongoing medical treatment, and has limited verbal communication.
