At 4:23 p.m., At-Risk Missing Person Pita Pita Jr. returned safe and unharmed to his home in Long Beach.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 71-year-old at-risk missing person Pita Pita Jr. Pita Jr. was last seen on January 15, 2026 at around 8:00 p.m. in the area of 52nd Street and Atlantic Avenue in Long Beach. Pita Jr. is driving a 2015 white Volvo S60 four-door sedan with CA Lic: 8YRL958. Pita Jr. has cognitive issues and may become disoriented.
At-risk missing person Pita Pita Jr. is described as follows:

Hair Color: Brown
Eye Color: Brown
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 185
Gender: Male
Clothing: Light gray sweater, black and gray plaid shorts
