On June 2, 2025, at-risk missing person Rebecca A. Gort was found at a local hospital and has been reunited with her family.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating an 84-year-old at-risk missing person, Rebecca A. Gort, who was last seen on June 1, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m.
Gort was last seen leaving her residence on foot in the 3000 block of Elm Avenue. She has previously walked away but was located by family in the local area. Gort is currently on foot and does not have access to a vehicle, cell phone, or tracking device. It is unknown how much money she may have with her. She suffers from cognitive issues and is unable to care for herself.
At-risk missing person Rebecca A Gort. is described as follows:
Age: 84-years-old
Gender: Female
Race: White
Height: 5’2”
Weight: 130 lbs.
Hair: Med Blonde
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: Beige sweater, Navy Blue & White striped shirt, light Mint Green pants, Brown shoes, Tan purse.
Medical Alerts: Suffers from cognitive issues.
