On July 17, 2025, at-risk missing person Alexander Martinez was located safe and unharmed with the assistance of a community member. He was transported home and reunited with his family.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 16-year-old at-risk missing person, Alexander Martinez, who was last seen on July 17, 2025, at approximately 1:00 p.m.
On July 17, 2025 at approximately 1:00 p.m. Martinez was last seen walking in the area of Aquarium Way and Bay Street and then out of sight. Martinez was on foot, does not have a cell phone nor tracking device on his person, and unknown amount of money. Martinez has a developmental disability, is non verbal and is unable to care for himself.
At-risk missing person Alexander Martinez is described as follows:

Eye Color: Brown
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 130 lbs
Gender: Male
Race: Hispanic
Clothing: Black shirt, black pants, and black sandals
