Update 6/23/2026:
On June 23, 2026 at-risk missing person Joe Ann Favors was located safe and unharmed in the city of Santa Monica.
The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating 73-year-old at-risk missing person Joe Ann Favors.
Favors was last seen on May 18, 2026, at approximately 7:30 p.m., on the 200 block of West Wardlow Road in Long Beach. Aided by her walker, Favors was last seen walking away from her residential care facility. Favors suffers from medical conditions and may become disoriented.
