On July 23, 2024, at-risk missing person Karsen M. Lawhorn was located safe and unharmed.

The Long Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help locating a 21- year old at-risk missing person, Karsen M. Lawhorn, who was last seen on July 22, 2024 at approximately 9:49 p.m.

Lawhorn was last seen at his residence located at the 2200 block of Grand Avenue in Long Beach. Lawhorn is on foot and his destination is unknown. Lawhorn is cognitively impaired. 

At-risk missing person Karsen M. Lawhorn is described as follows: 

Age: 21-years-old
Gender: Male 
Race: Black
Height: 6'4"
Weight: 170 lbs
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Clothing: No shirt, light blue jordan shoes, no socks or shoes 
Scars/Marks/Tattoos: None
Medical Alerts: Cognitively impaired
