Through their investigation, detectives were able to locate Truong in the City of Long Beach. Truong was found unharmed and his family has been notified.

The Long Beach Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating critical missing at-risk person Hue Ky Truong, who was last seen on Monday, June 3, 2019.
The missing person was last seen by a family member at approximately 5 p.m. on the 900 block of Orange Avenue. Truong has a diminished mental capacity and a heavy speech impediment and is known to use public transportation.
The critical missing person is described as follows:
Age: 43 years old
Weight: 135 lbs.
Clothing: Brown jacket, gray shorts and red shoes
Scars/Marks/Tattoos: Scar on stomach
Visible Dental Work: No upper teeth
Medical Alerts: Suffers from medical condition(s) and may become disoriented
