Sex Crimes detectives have arrested a suspect responsible for two sexual assault incidents and believe there may be additional victims.
In March 2026, a female adult victim reported a sexual assault incident. Through their investigation, Sex Crimes detectives identified the suspect as Victor Carlos Flores, a 36-year-old resident of Long Beach. Detectives also identified a second victim who was sexually assaulted in August 2018. During both incidents, the suspect sexually assaulted the women while he was working as a massage therapist at a business located at 927 East Broadway.
On April 16, 2026, suspect Flores was arrested in the city of Long Beach. Flores was transported to the Long Beach City Jail, where he was booked for felony sexual assault, oral copulation, sexual penetration, and failure to update address per sexual offender registrant requirements. Bail was set at No Bail.
The business was cited for having an unlicensed employee conduct licensed services.
The case will be submitted to the District Attorney’s Office for filing consideration.
