Long Beach, CA – On Oct. 3, 2024, the Los Angeles Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk began distributing Vote by Mail ballots for the Nov. 5, 2024, General Municipal Election. All registered voters in Los Angeles County, which includes Long Beach, will be mailed a Vote by Mail ballot. Ballots may be returned by mail (no postage required), in person at any Vote Center in Los Angeles County or at any Vote by Mail Ballot Drop Box.
Long Beach voters have 24-hour access to drop boxes at more than 400 participating locations across Los Angeles County, including 20 drop box locations throughout Long Beach. The 19 Long Beach drop boxes, which include three newly added at DeForest Park, Wardlow Park and California State University, Long Beach, can be found at the following locations:
Vote by Mail Ballot Drop Boxes are now open and will remain open until 8 p.m. on Election Day. All voters may track their ballots at https://california.ballottrax.net/voter/.
