Community Invited to Attend Homebuyer Information and Resource Workshops

The Long Beach Development Service Department  is hosting two special events to provide residents with valuable homeownership information and resources. The free evening workshops will present details about the City’s First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program (Program) as well as information about various federal and county housing programs available to residents. Due to a considerable interest in the Aug. 16 event, a second in-person workshop has been scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Long Beach Energy Resources Auditorium (2400 E. Spring St.). Those interested in attending are requested to RSVP online.
