Customer Service Bureau
TI's Customer Services Bureau supports City departments internally. Customer Services also helps the public with cable-related issues. This bureau comprises three divisions:
Customer Support handles the following functions internally for City departments:
- Help Desk
- PC Replacements
- PC Support
- Printer Support
- Personal Communication Devices
- Services Requests
- Training
Video Communications Division oversees these areas:
- LBTV - the City's government access cable TV channel
- Cable Franchise Regulation
- City Video Production
Office Services handles these tasks for all City departments:
- Reprographics
- Mail and internal messenger services
